Solana Beach, CA - The Solana Beach Schools Foundation (SBSF) is proud to announce Fox Law, a personal injury law firm based in Solana Beach, as a Diamond-level Business Partner with a generous donation of $10,000 allocated to administrative costs in support of the SBSF’s mission to provide enriching educational opportunities for students across the Solana Beach School District (SBSD). Attorneys Dave and Joanna Fox own and manage Fox Law and they have two girls in Solana Beach schools.
“We are thrilled to welcome Fox Law as a Diamond-level Business Partner,” said Paige Shum, SBSF Board President. “Their generous support will help us maintain our administrative efforts, bolster funding, and make a lasting impact on the education and development of our students.”
Discovery Labs and Experiences give students opportunities to learn beyond the traditional classroom through exploration, creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem solving. The SBSF supports STREAM (science, technology, research, engineering, art, and math), supplemental Physical Education, and, newly added last year, Student Garden and Kitchen Learning. This interdisciplinary, active curriculum engages students to explore and understand healthy nutrition, environmental practices and local ecological sustainability.
Together, these experiences provide students with opportunities to discover new interests, approach challenges from different perspectives, and develop important skills needed in real-world settings. They complement classroom learning while giving students opportunities to apply what they learn in an engaging environment, which is exactly why Fox Law chose to support the SBSF.
“Our family truly loves our Solana Beach schools and we’re happy to help wherever we can,” says Dave Fox. “Our children come home talking about the amazing projects they’ve worked on and what they’ve learned in the process. It’s really inspiring,” says Joanna Fox.
The SBSF invites other businesses and community members to join Fox Law in supporting the educational enrichment opportunities available to all SBSD students.
