Our Business Partners help fund hands-on interdisciplinary Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STREAM) for our award-winning STREAM Discovery Labs, supplemental Physical Education classes and Kitchen and Garden learning enrichment.
About the District
In 2023-24 the Solana Beach Schools Foundation (SBSF) helped provide funding to benefit approximately 2,400 students living in Solana Beach and Carmel Valley, that attend Solana Ranch, Carmel Creek, Solana Pacific, Solana Highlands, Skyline, and Solana Vista Elementary Schools. Approximately thirty-nine different languages are spoken by families in the district, 12.8% of students are socioeconomically disadvantaged, and 11.9% are English Language Learners.
The Solana Beach School District was awarded the CSBA Golden Bell Award for excellence in elementary school STEM curriculum and learning.
